"Got the Road Runner DVD today. 2 thumbs up! I never used the cull in my work before watching this but I did play around with it. So I was a beginner watching the video.

Kostya is a great teacher. He takes you from square one and teaches you step by step and gave some great pointers that helped me with problems I was experiencing. I learned things I will be able to use tomorrow at work and I learned things that will need some more time to practice. He also has a lot of footage of him doing the effects with live audiences at a restaurant. So even if you don't need to learn the cull I would say its worth it just to see a pro work a restaurant. He does each effect for several different audiences so you see how the trick can be handled differently according to surroundings and spectators.
